The revelation came from a New York state grievance committee, a disciplinary panel responsible for adjudicating legal ethics violations, which informed nonprofit organizations of its findings last week. Sarcone, who has seen fluctuating tenure as the U.S. attorney in Albany, was implicated in serious ethical violations, although the committee has not publicly clarified the specifics of its findings.
