With a considerable social media following—over 250,000 on Twitter and 36,000 on Telegram—the organization’s operations remain largely opaque. It has previously advertised software jobs across several European countries, requiring candidates to have lived in a NATO member state and be fluent in English.
Despite its low-quality content facade, archived versions of its now-defunct website indicate a more complex identity.
